However, I know I got good value for my money and the price achieved was within the target range. We were impressed with the total package, particularly the marketing of the property, which we believed would be critical to gaining a sale. In particular, the proposed photographic approach, the brochure, and the fact that prospective clients would be accompanied by a Prospect representative during their site visit. We liked your energy and commitment to getting the job done.

Our Experience

• We and both our (adult) children thought the final brochure was very good and did sell the property very well.
• PhD produced a steady trickle of potential purchasers. Our neighbours also reported a fair number of “drive bys”
