Why we chose Prospect

We were impressed with the total package, particularly the marketing of the property, which we believed would be critical to gaining a sale. In particular, the proposed photographic approach, the brochure, and the fact that prospective clients would be accompanied by a Prospect representative during their site visit. We liked your energy and commitment to getting the job done.

Our Experience

• We and both our (adult) children thought the final brochure was very good and did sell the property very well.
• PhD produced a steady trickle of potential purchasers. Our neighbours also reported a fair number of “drive bys”
• You provided us with sound pricing advice, including a ‘bottom line’ recommendation which we found very helpful.

Hi Shaun,

I was impressed with the initial visit and recommendation for the sale of our house. The aerial photographs gave a very good perspective of our home something that ordinary photos don't show. The brochure was professionally made up and showed the features of the house to its best.

Despite the depressed market we had steady viewings and the sales staff were always upbeat and positive.

A company I would recommend without reservation.
