In 2011, Prospect entered The Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards and were delighted to win silver place!

The annual awards are recognised as a benchmark of excellence throughout the industry and are judged by a highly competent team of property professionals. We thoroughly enjoyed the award presentation evening which took place on the 8th December 2011. Mark Towell, a director of the company, accepted the award on behalf of Prospect on the night.

2011 was a great year for Prospect and we hope to make 2012 even more successful. Alongside being recognised at these prestigious awards, we have been delighted to receive so many testimonials and recommendations from our satisfied clients.

As 2011 was the first year that we had entered the awards, we felt particularly privileged to be ranked so highly. We will definitely be entering again next year and much like Great Britain at the Olympics; we’ll be going for gold!
