I joined Prospect Estate Agency in January 2008, after working for some time in retail. Initially, I worked at the Crowthorne office as an Administrator where I was able to train and gain experience in estate agency within one of our smaller offices. 

After five months of training and working closely with the Directors, I was transferred to the Wokingham Office providing support within a much busier environment. I took on greater responsibilities and soon became more involved in different areas of the company. I enjoy being a team player and as a result, I was given the chance to take on some project work, including the relocation of the Wokingham branch. 

Since I have been at Prospect, I have been promoted six times and I'm now working as the Marketing Co-ordinator at our busy head office in Reading town centre. It is fantastic to have been given the opportunity to progress to a key role within the marketing team having never worked in Estate Agency before. Last year, I won the Quarterly award for best Support member and I was lucky enough to go to Las Vegas in March, courtesy of Prospect. 

Prospect always make me feel valued and I have been given so many opportunities to learn new skills and to progress. I love the company and the team and am so grateful for the opportunities that I have been given. I truly enjoy coming to work every day, which makes a massive difference to my life and is not something that everyone can say about their job.
