Our Home, Our Community

Where you live is more than just a home. At Prospect, we know this more than anyone.

We’ve been working across local areas in Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey for 30 years. In this time, we have seen communities flourish, with new developments such as The Lexicon in Bracknell and The Atrium in Camberley. This is where we spent our childhoods playing in the parks of Wildmoor Heath and Dinton Pastures, and have watched our own children do the same. We have laughed and cried at shows at The Hexagon in Reading. We’ve made lifelong friends at the community hubs of Sandhurst and Warfield.

Our passion for our local area is why we do what we do. Nurturing the area we call home is close to our hearts - it is as much a part of the Prospect brand as property is. This is why we are always looking for ways to get involved in community projects, charities and initiatives – and now, we want to involve you too!

The Prospect Foundation is the arm of the business which exists purely to give back to the local community, supporting schools, charities and other initiatives.

But now we want to do more. And, as community is about all of us, we thought it only appropriate to ask you, our clients, what causes you want us to help.

That is why this year we are running the Our Home, Our Community campaign.

Once a month, we will pluck a lucky name from one of our recent sales out of a hat and donate 50% of the commission of that sale towards a charity of the seller’s choice.

Not only that, but we will do special features on the chosen charity, giving them an extra platform to promote their cause.

Because community is about all of us, together. We want to contribute towards the causes you care about, to build a community that works for all of us and to support the local area you will be calling home.
