Prospect Academy is an intensive training course covering everything property, from taking a photo to legislation and legal matters and of course, customer service. The Academy is a highly successful staff development programme.
We believe that well trained, knowledgeable, confident staff will deliver the level of service excellence that our vendors, landlords, purchasers and tenants want and deserve. Our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations at all times. We regularly ask our clients for feedback on our service and if an issue is highlighted, we then immediately identify what further training and development is needed.

Especially within Lettings, there are many legislative and legal requirements that Landlords need to know and comply with. When we manage a property on behalf of a Landlord, we are able to guide our Landlords in what they need to do to be compliant. Our Lettings staff are either currently on, or have completed their ARLA qualifications, the professional qualification in the Lettings industry.
After the week in the Academy is completed, there are always senior members of staff providing continuous training. We also regularly run training events, with some of the best people in the UK property industry sharing their knowledge, making our staff the best property professionals!
