Our Lettings teams complete ARLA and NFoPP training, if you haven't done this yet, you’ll be a property expert in no time.


We offer an even more in-depth training regime for graduates who join us. We know you may have little work experience but don’t worry – we’ll show you everything you need to know and guide you along the journey to becoming a property professional. Every member of our teams has an insatiable work ethic, so we ensure they’re rewarded for all the hard work they’re doing. With rewards ranging from a bottle of bubbles to a weekend in Marbella, it’s certainly worth the hard work!

Every quarter we hold an all-star award ceremony, celebrating the success of our teams over the past few months. With champagne and trophies for the well-deserved winners on the night, they’ll soon be whisked away for an all-expenses paid day/weekend out, which could be a day at Royal Ascot, sailing along the Solent, or even an overnight to Cardiff!


At the end of each year, we will also hold an Annual Awards ceremony where the best of the best are rewarded with a trip away the following year. Previously we’ve taken our winners to New York for a weekend of shopping, St Anton to ski the slopes, Las Vegas to helicopter the Grand Canyon and Mexico to buy silly hats!

Many of our key senior staff members started their career with us as a trainee and worked their way up. With our Managing Director actually being our first ever employee way back in 1990, we truly do believe in helping our staff grow and be the best they can be, both at work and personally.


We are an independent agency, established and importantly, still owned by local people. That’s why we feel it’s important to give back to the communities that we work in – they’re our communities too! It’s not just money we give, it’s our time too.
