Searching for your perfect property

Once you have registered with Prospect, we provide a number of different ways to search for new properties. You can use our website to search for properties from the comfort of your own home – or search on the go with our mobile search facility. Our search filters are tailored specifically to you – so you can specify the location, price, property type and number of bedrooms.

If you prefer the more traditional methods of finding a property, we are in the local property papers, we will update you by telephone or you can pop into any one of our seven offices.

Accompanied Viewings

Prospect provide an accompanied viewing service 7 days a week. You will be chauffeured to your viewings in one of our Prospect minis, allowing you to sit back and relax.

Transaction Support

Most importantly once you have made your offer and it’s been accepted, our Transactional Support Coordinators will take over. It is their sole job to make sure that the solicitors and the rest of the chain are spoken to and updated regularly. Whatever queries arise throughout the buying process, your Transaction Support specialist will ensure that they are answered as quickly as possible to get you to exchange of contracts.
