Over the last week or so all of our timelines have been filled with funny photos for the #10yearchallenge and it’s not just our faces that have changed a lot, so has the property market!
We’ve taken a look at the 500+ properties we currently have on the market and some of these were also sold back in 2009, so we want to share with you how they’ve changed over the past 10 years…
Norman Keep, Warfield
First we’re going to take a look a charming family home in the quaint village of Warfield.
In 2009, this house in Norman Keep was sold for £305,000. This same house is currently on the market with us for £550,000 – meaning the price of this house has increased a massive 80%.
Offering scope to extend (STPP), who knows how much this house will be worth in another 10 years?

How much has Prospect changed in the last 10 years?
A lot has happened for Prospect in the last 10 years too.
For starters we completely re-branded in 2017, giving the company a fresh, innovative and new look. Take a look at our logo from 2009 – what a blast from the past!
Back in 2009, Prospect had just six offices based in Berkshire. Fast forward to 2019 and we have opened a further 4 iconic offices in Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey.
Who knows what the next 10 years will bring!
What about our individual offices?
Since 2009, we’ve relocated two of our offices to more prominent locations with their respective town centres.
Prospect of Bracknell
In 2009 our Bracknell office sat proudly in Charles Square, in the balconies over-looking the iconic clock fountain, which prior to the redevelopment was the heart of Bracknell Town Centre.
Jumping forward 10 years, our Bracknell office is now run out of an iconic Grade II listed building within The Lexicon, the heart of the newly regenerated Bracknell town centre.
Prospect of Wokingham
10 years ago our office in Wokingham was located on Peach Street. Fast forward 10 years, we moved into a Grade II listed building on the busy Broad Street in the heart of Wokingham.
So that’s our #10yearchallenge, it’s been great reminiscing on the last 10 years of Prospect and very interesting to see how much house prices have changed since 2009.
We also offer to give £250 of our selling fee to your chosen local school upon selling your property. This is just one of the many ways we give back and help support the local community.
