Your questions. Straight answers.

First, register your interest so we can match you with the right property. Once you’ve found a place you like, you’ll go through tenant checks and provide references. If everything’s approved, you’ll sign the tenancy agreement, pay your deposit, and get ready to move in. With a wide network of offices, we can quickly match you to the right property.

Your deposit is kept safe in a government-approved scheme, so you don’t need to worry about it. When you move out, it’ll be returned, provided your rent’s up to date and there are no disputes. If a disagreement happens, you can contact our Property Management team.

Referencing is a routine step. We ask for employment and if applicable, landlord references. We'll also carry out a credit check and will need photo ID and proof of address.
