Your knowledge is so important to us, so we’ll provide you with intensive training when you first join us and then continue to support you and help you grow, with ongoing training, personalised to your needs. Our Lettings teams complete ARLA and NFoPP training, if you haven't done this yet, you’ll be a property expert in no time.

Every quarter we hold an all-star award ceremony, celebrating the success of our teams over the past few months. With champagne and trophies for the well-deserved winners on the night, they’ll soon be whisked away for an all-expenses paid day/weekend out, which could be a day at Royal Ascot, sailing along the Solent, or even an overnight to Cardiff!
At the end of each year, we will also hold an Annual Awards ceremony where the best of the best are rewarded with a trip away the following year. Our team of Administrators really are the heroes of our offices! Working alongside the sales and lettings teams, they are absolutely fundamental to the smooth running of the office. From creating stunning property details for our clients, to working closely with the marketing team, the role is much more than typing!
Working on personal commission and with ongoing support and training, it really is down to you how much you earn! We won’t hold you back, ever. Quite the opposite, we’ll give you all the tools, training and support you need to be as successful as you can!
Understanding the laws and legislation involved in letting property is really important. Many landlords and tenants are ill advised on what they should, or shouldn’t be doing, so we make sure all of our letting staff are armed with all the knowledge and advice to help everyone through the process by arranging and financing NFoPP and ARLA training and exams for everyone in our lettings teams.
Property Management is based within our head office in the centre of Reading. Our Property management team look after our Landlords and Tenants while the property is occupied. Whether a tenant has a maintenance job that's required or even the Landlord just calling up to see when their next gas safety check is due, Property Management is the first port of call. This can be a demanding position at times but is also rewarding and working within this friendly team.
Of course this is everyone’s favourite department – but not just because they pay our wages! Working hard and keeping our finances in order, our Accounts team works closely with external contractors and internal departments, ensuring all payments to landlords, staff and third parties are made on time and in full.
From general operations to staff development, we have a dedicated team here to support the company. Friendly faces seen around the offices, they work closely with all departments to ensure smooth running and happiness of every office.
Here to lead the way by excellent example, our Managers really are the best of the best. We have managerial roles across all departments, which all contribute to the success of the company. Whether they're managing our sales or lettings teams, our marketing team or the administrative team, our Managers take pride in the unbeatable level of service that their teams offer!
Our in-house marketing team works alongside the Directors and Managers to create various marketing campaigns for all areas of our business. Often attending events and different training seminars, this is a fast paced and fun department to be a part of.
We also offer to give £250 of our selling fee to your chosen local school upon selling your property. This is just one of the many ways we give back and help support the local community.
