Prospect Estate Agency's Google Reviews

Read our Wokingham reviews.

"We recently sold our property through Prospect and overall, the experience was smooth and professionally managed. My main contact was Daniel Simmonds and he along with the team were responsive, informative, and kept me updated throughout the entire process."

Preeti Sondhi 9 July 2025

"As a landlord I have worked with Prospect for a good many years now and with Nikki Gardner as the property manager for a number of them. Nikki is really easy to work with, has the ability to balance the needs of the landlord with those of the tenant, and is responsive to requests when asked."

Richard Perry 11 April 2025

"Great experience renting through prospects in Wokingham. They fully managed the property for 3 years whilst we were there during tenancy, very efficient with any maintenance issues we reported to Nikki Gardener and deposit was returned back within a normal time range as you would expect."

Viv Read 17 July 2025

"Recently became tenants through Prospect Wokingham. I believe I have already reviewed Charlotte, our rental agent, who is an absolute star. Nikki Gardner is our property manager and has been a delight. She is supportive, responds promptly and always happy to assist."

Angela Leaning 6 June 2025

"In the end we are going with a property from another agent, but I would like to thank Dan from Prospect Wokingham for his excellent manner (always polite and never patronising) when we viewed 3 properties through him."
