Includes everything in Rent Collection service as well as:

  • Maintenance arranged with approved contractors and 24-hour emergency helpline.

We’ll find your tenant, collect rent, and manage annual increases, leaving you to handle the day-to-day care of your property.

We’ll agree the market rent with you and find suitable tenants in line with your requirements. Our team can also advise on any refurbishment that could maximise your return, while guiding you through statutory compliance, consents, and non-resident landlord tax (where applicable). We’ll market your property across the major portals, carry out accompanied viewings, and arrange for a board to be erected in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
