Protect your rental income with complete peace of mind. Our Rent Protection service covers landlords across Berkshire, Hampshire, and Surrey with no excess, legal expenses up to £100,000, and rent protection up to £15,000 per month.

We’ll agree the market rent with you and find suitable tenants in line with your requirements. Our team can also advise on any refurbishment that could maximise your return, while guiding you through statutory compliance, consents, and non-resident landlord tax (where applicable). We’ll market your property across the major portals, carry out accompanied viewings, and arrange for a board to be erected in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Register Landlord and Tenant details and protect the security deposit with a Government-authorised Scheme. Provide the Tenant(s) with the Deposit Certificate and Prescribed Information within 30 days of start of tenancy.
To attend for specific requests such as neighbour disputes; more visits are required to monitor the tenancy; or any maintenance linked visit.
2 to 6 bed property £363 (inc. VAT)
To remit and balance the financial return to HMRC quarterly – and respond to any specific query relating to the return from the Landlord or HMRC
