The home owner requested an open house, which might have put some agents off as they’re not very popular in today’s market, but not us! We took the time to understand exactly what they wanted to achieve, discussed their options and devised a proactive strategy using our innovative marketing platforms to reach potential buyers. The open house was an outstanding success, with 34 buyers turning up to view the house, 7 of them making an offer and one of them, which was £10k above the asking price, was accepted by the home owners.
