James Griffin joined the Prospect Group in 2018. Known for its strong relationships with local landlords, the company has helped us provide trusted lettings and property management services in Farnborough.
In 2021, we acquired Wilkinson Estates Maidenhead. The Wilkinson team blended with our Prospect agents, creating a mix of highly experienced letting and award-winning property managers.
Acquired by Prospect in 2021, RB Estates was a well-established lettings and estate agency based in Reading. This strategic merger extended Prospect's reach in the local market while maintaining a smooth and familiar experience for RB's existing clients.
Castles Estate Agents Aldershot became part of the Prospect group in 2021. The acquisition brought together a range of skills that have helped us strengthen our services in the area.
Acquired by Prospect Estate Agency in January 2024, Whiteknights has been a well-recognised name in the greater Reading lettings market since the 1980s. The acquisition has helped us streamline our systems, provide broader support and enhance our service.
Kings Lettings officially joined the Prospect Group in May 2025, further strengthening our specialist Lettings services with offices in Maidenhead, Reading, Staines and Windsor.
