Our Valuers have a comprehensive understanding of property in Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey and will attend with some examples of properties we've successfully let locally. It is important that you get regular up-to-date valuations as the market is constantly changing.
In order to ensure you make the right descision for you, our lettings Valuers will explain to you some of the key lettings legislation you'll need to be aware of, discuss the deman levels of rental properties from real tenants an we'll reveal how our superior marketing will attract the best tenants to your property.
Once your property valuation is complete, we are available for questions or to go through the wide range of services that are available through Prospect.
There are several factors that are taken into consideration when conducting an accurate property lettings valuation to determine the rental value of your property.
Following your appointment, we will send you an information pack detailing the value of your property and other information you will find useful. Don't forget, unlike online agents, you will NOT be charged even a penny as we operate on a no let, no fee basis.
Warfield is a small rural village that attracts many families that want more of a quiet lifestyle. The main amenity in Warfield is the Tesco Superstore, which is also home to the Warfield Parish Council, hairdressers, dry cleaners and of course, the only estate agency in Warfield - Prospect! As Warfield is situated on the edge of Bracknell, you don’t need to travel too far to benefit from the attractions and hustle and bustle of a larger town centre.
The area of Warfield has a wide range of different properties to suit everyone, ranging from luxury family homes to apartments and 3 bedroom semi-detached homes. Many families choose to relocate here for the schools that have excellent Ofsted reports, such as Whitegrove and Warfield C of E.
In comparison to its neighbouring towns, Warfield properties are of a higher value and also warrant a higher rental value, meaning the average rental yield for a Landlord is between 5-7% which is in line with its neighbouring towns.
Prospect of Warfield was our 2nd office to be opened way back in 1994 and has been committed to providing an outstanding level of service ever since.
