On Friday 28th October, team marketing (chaperoned by the head of HR) attended the UK Property Awards alongside some of the best estate agencies, developers, architects, and interior designers in the country. It was a spectacular evening made even more special by the number of awards we took home for estate agency, lettings agency, and our website.
Over the course of the evening, we accepted awards for Best Estate Agency in Berkshire and Surrey, Best Lettings Agency in Berkshire and Surrey, and recognition for our sales and lettings departments in Hampshire. We also took home an award for Property Website, thanks to our tireless work to streamline processes and improve user experience with an all-new site that launched in September.
However, our biggest achievement was the award for Best Estate Agency in the UK. With this award, we will now be put forward to win the title of Best in Europe!

It’s been a tumultuous year for the property market, but throughout conveyancing log-jams, base rate rises, and changes to mortgage criteria, we have continued to put our clients first, reassuring them when times are tough and always giving honest advice with their best interests at heart.
Though positive customer feedback is the best kind of reward we can receive, we were incredibly honoured to be recognised as the Best Estate Agency in not just in Berkshire and Surrey, but across the whole of the UK! That’s the result of our dedication to our customers during the good times and the bad, and all across the home counties.
From our letting agents to our property managers, move-in clerks, and maintenance team, our lettings department work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our landlords and tenants ride smoothly through their tenancy. Our dedication to streamlining our processes and keeping our non-paid rents and TDS claims way below the industry average even in times of financial uncertainty was what won us the title of Best Lettings Agency in Berkshire and Surrey and gained us recognition for our work in Hampshire. There’s no better reassurance for our landlords than knowing that their portfolio is being handled by the best agents in the area!
After 12 months of hard work from our incredible marketing team, we were over the moon to accept an award for our brand new property website. The new website was built entirely from scratch using the latest in web design and development technology to make a blisteringly quick platform equipped with all the features you need to make your property journey as smooth as possible. In fact, our new site uses the same technology as social media giants Twitter!
The website was a real labour of love and is proof of how much we value our customers and the experience they have with us.
To enter these awards, we had to send over a pitch on why we deserve to win – true testament to our marketing skills! In our pitch, we laid our soul bare, explaining how we went from humble beginnings to the 10 office, three county estate agency and letting agency that we are today. We detailed the achievements of our marketing team, transaction support team, property managers and move-in clerks in the past year and laid out our plans for the future. We spoke about our work in the Prospect Foundation and how we keep customer satisfaction at the centre of everything we do. It was a wonderful way to reflect upon everything we have achieved for our landlords, sellers, buyers, tenants, employees, and community over the past 12 months, and just writing it made us so proud!
The judges didn’t just take our word for it, however. The judging panel also made ‘secret shopper’ phone calls to our front offices and looked at our brochures and other marketing materials to make the final decision. They scoured every inch of our website for the website award – from its functionality to its graphics, design, and copy!
It was a combination of these things that brought us such great success at the awards.
