Our Help to Buy Information Evening

Thursday 19th July between 6pm and 8pm

Revealing the truth and dispelling the myths about Help to Buy!

Getting your foot on the property ladder and making that first or second move can be a daunting task, which is why Prospect is inviting you to our Help to Buy Information Evening on Thursday 19th July.

We’re bringing together all of our Help to Buy experts and putting them in front of you, to give you all of the information and advice about Help to Buy equity loans you need to know. For instance, did you know that Help to Buy is not limited to first-time buyers?

As of January 2018*, over 150,000 properties were purchased using a Help to Buy equity loan, with only 80% of these buyers being first-time buyers. This means that an incredible 30,000 property owners were able to use the Help to Buy scheme to move up the property ladder and you can do the same!

Our Help to Buy Information Evening will open your eyes to the possibility of buying your first (or next) home using the Help to Buy Scheme, which means you’ll only require a 5% deposit!

We’re hosting the event in our Bracknell Office, located in the heart of the Lexicon, Bracknell with our doors open between 6pm and 8pm. The Help to Buy Information Evening is COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE. All you need to do is show up at our Bracknell office on the night and we’ll take care of the rest.
